Residents or visitors, beginners, intermediate or advanced, young or mature - all are welcome to join these friendly weekly yoga sessions with Xia in beautiful North Lake District. Each session will be  adjusted to the attendees' practice levels and group dynamics, with variations and modifications on postures to accommodate different needs and capacities.

Cost: £10 drop in, £30 package of 4 sessions.
